It was a nice day and Tommy was enjoying it with a sparring match with Andros, Cassie and Ashley were shopping, and T.J. and Carlos were studying intergalactic history with D.E.C.A. who had been moved to the Power Chamber.

In the Power Chamber Zordon told Alpha 5 to contact Tommy and have him teleport in. “What is it Zordon?” was the first thing Tommy asked.

“Tommy, you were freed from the duties of a ranger and therefore gave up the power, you need to decide if you want to give up your powers now is the time.” Zordon said.

“Zordon you know that I wouldn't do that I enjoy helping others and I probably couldn't survive a sixth power drain. I have lost my green ranger, my white ninja, my white thunder, my zeo, and my turbo powers another drain and I could die.”

“We could try to find a way but your probably right. Then theres another problem you can only be a ranger until you become twenty-five years old then your powers will absolutely have to give your powers to some one else or they will be lost.

While this was happening two nineteen year old girls were taking a hike outside Angel Grove. They came on to find a clear orb that shone yellow then blue. “What is it Hillary?” the first girl asked.

“I think it’s a crystal ball Jamie, let’s bring it back to the college lab for studeeeeeeee.” She suddenly stopped as a beam of blue light from the crystal knocked her unconscious, just as a yellow light knocked Hillary unconscious as well.

Back in the Power Chamber the sirens went off. “Yo, Yo, Yo, a energy surge outside town that matches the power signature of the Orb of Doom, it has shot two women, they are unconscious and unharmed but they are giving off energy.”

Suddenly Ninjor appeared on the power globe “Zordon have the rangers destroy the orb and teleport the girls to the Power Chamber.”

Zordon’s voice came up on the communicators, “Rangers teleport to where Tommy is, you must destroy the Orb of Doom.”

“Okay Zordon we're on it.” With that said they teleported out.

“Tommy, what is that.” asked T.J.

“It’s the Orb of Doom, it’s what turned the older rangers and myself into children and sent us thru time to get the zeo crystal.”

“Why wait till now to destroy it.” Andros inquired.

“I don't know,” Tommy continued “but I'll happily do it. Golden Power Staff!” With that he pulled out his Power Staff and destroyed the crystal in one swipe and grinned.

“Now back to the Power Chamber.” Andros said and they all teleported out.

As they teleported into the Power Chamber Ninjor had just teleported in and watching the Gold Super Ranger destroy the orb. “Why did you choose now to have us destroy the Orb of Doom now?” was the first words that was said.

“I asked him to,” Ninjor said, “didn't you feel the surge of energy right before Zordon called you.”

Tommy answered “Yes, is that why we destroyed it now?”

“Yes, two young girls were given a nasty shock that gave them Super Ranger powers blue and yellow, they will not have zords yet but they will soon, may I introduce the Yellow and Blue Super Rangers, Hillary and Jamie” Ninjor announced as two young women came through the hall in blue and yellow Super Ranger suits like every one else.

Suddenly the alarms went off. “Yo, yo, yo, a platoon of Quantrons (Quantrons with four arms) you must go and destroy them.”

“Back to action” Andros yelled

The Quantrons fought dirty and are strong but never stood a chance. The two new rangers fighting was excellent but different styles. Jamie was a traditional man to man karate, Hillary though was a hit and run.

All of a sudden Andros yelled “weapons everybody.

“PINK SUPER FIRE BOW POWER UP”

“PURPLE SUPER ENERGY WHIP POWER UP”

“BLACK SUPER ATTACK AXE POWER UP”

“WHITE SUPER CRYSTAL SABRE POWER UP”

“RED SUPER SWORD POWER UP”

“GOLD SUPER STAFF POWER UP”

“YELLOW SUPER STARS POWER UP”

“BLUE SUPER BLASTERS POWER UP”

It took all of two minutes to destroy all of the Quantrons and sweep it up.

“With the Quantrons destroyed we have nothing to do I miss the monsters that Divatox made” Tommy said to his friends at the Surf Spot.

“Who is that?” Jamie and Hillary said together.

Tommy answered “Look her up in the Power Chamber.”
