This is a very very short story, about my all time favourite character, Andros. I guess you could call this a series, since a sequel is in the works.
When you wish upon a star,
Makes no difference who you are,

Andros sighed as he gazed out the MegaShip's main viewport. He had only ever wanted two things in his seventeen years. Friends and his sister. Well, he had wanted his sister back since he was six, but still, it was one of the only things he had ever wanted.
If your heart is in your dream,
No request is too extreme,
When you wish upon a star as dreamers do.
Now that his first wish had come true - he had friends, four of the greatest ones ever- he only hoped that his second wish would also be granted. -I wish, oh I wish with all my heart that you would return to me, Kerone. There is so much I want to tell you. I miss you, my sister, my twin, my best friend in the galaxy. I miss the games we used to play, and the way we always defended each other from others.-
Fate is kind,
She brings to those who love,
The sweet fulfilment of their secret longing.
"Andros?" a voice whispered. He was snapped out of his reverie.
"Yeah?" he said, quietly.
"You're thinking about your sister again, aren't you?" he nodded. "Well, we're all going to do whatever it takes to get her back, you know that?" He nodded again. As she turned to leave, Andros called out behind her,
"Ashley, you want to know something?"
"Sure, Andros, go ahead,"
"You guys are...the first real friends I've ever had. Even the first team, the ones who held the Lightstar Powers before you, were just....aquaintances. People I had to work with. After Kerone's kidnapping, I basically shut myself off from everyone. I never had many friends, and now that I think about it, the other team members probably wanted to be my friends. I just wouldn't let them- wouldn't let anyone- inside." he began to cry softly. "I miss her, Ashley. I miss her so much. She always knew what I was thinking. She was the best friend and sister a person could have, and I don't know if I'll ever find her again," by now he was sobbing wholeheartedly. Ashley put her arms around him and hugged him tightly.
Like a bolt out of the blue,
Fate steps in and sees you thru.
"You know, I have a feeling that we're going to find her," Andros murmured.
"Me too, Andros, me too," Ashley hugged him tighter. "No matter what, we're going to stick together!"
