Adam looked in the mirror and sighed. He was going to the dance in less then an hour and he still hadn't picked out what he was wearing. He looked at the two choices in front of him: the black or dark green tuxedo. He had been both, most recently green, but he still couldn't decide which one would be better to wear. He picked both of them up and looked at them in indecision,

Whoever thought that this would be so hard to do? I mean, it's just a dance! he thought. Yeah, it's only the last dance of high school, we graduated yesterday, and I'm taking Tanya. Of course this is going to be a hard decision! He looked at the tuxes once more and decided on the black one with a green bow-tie. He quickly changed into it and started fixing his hair. He had just gotten it cut yesterday, and he was worried Tanya wouldn't like it.

"The last time I wore my hair like this was when I was a Ninjetti," she said aloud. "I hope Tanya likes it." He walked over to the picture Rocky had taken of the two before they had become Turbos.

"I'm glad Rocky decided to stay until graduation. It wouldn't be the same without him!" He was soon interrupted by the doorbell. He looked at the clock, and was surprised to see he still had a half hour before he went to pick up Tanya.

And Kat. Don't forget that Tommy's coming with you to pick up the girls, he thought as he walked down the steps. He opened the door and was surprised to see Tommy there.

"What are you doing here so early!" he exclaimed. Tommy smiled and started walking to the limo.

"I had to talk to you about a few things," he explained. Adam followed Tommy into the limo and they started driving. "First, are you sure your ready to ask?" Adam nodded his head. "Good. I picked a spot out. It's right by the lake, by a cluster of bushes. Actually, it's where Kat and I shared our first kiss. We have to go to the shop to pick up them up, so it might take a while. Are you sure you're ready for this?"

"I'm as ready as I'll ever be," Adam announced. They started driving to the shop, thinking about their plans for the evening.

I can't believe it!! Adam is going to be here in twenty minutes to take me to the graduation dance! thought Tanya. She stood up and walked over to her closet, pulling out the yellow dress inside. A wide smile crossed her face as she closed her eyes and remembered how long it took Adam to ask her to the dance.

"Hi Tanya,'' Adam said in his shy manner. Tanya smiled and waved him over to where Kat and Tommy were sitting. He smiled and walked over to the table and sat down next to Tanya. He noticed that Tommy and Kat were holding hands and Kat was the happiest he had ever seen her.

"Guess what, Adam!" Tanya exclaimed. Adam looked over at her and said,

"What?"

"Tommy just asked Kat to the dance! Isn't that exciting!" Adam smiled, but a look of nervousness came over his features. He looked over at Tanya nervously. Kat and Tommy shared a look of amusement as they saw his face. Kat stood up and pulled Tommy with her.

"Hey, guys, we'll be right back. We have a few things to discuss." With that, Tommy and Kat walked out of the Juice Bar, hand in hand. Tanya sighed as she watched them go.

"They're so lucky. They are so much in love that they don't let anything bother them," she smiled wistfully, hoping one day she would share that sort of love with Adam.

"Hey Tanya," Adam said, breaking her from her thoughts. "Can I ask you something?'' She looked at him, wondering what he was going to ask. Adam nervously bit his lip.

"I was wondering.........well.........you know how......um.......I was wondering....ifyouwouldliketogotothedancewithme." She looked at him, trying to decipher what he had just said. He could tell by the look on her face that she hadn't understood. He took and deep breathe and said,

"I was wondering if you would like to go to the dance with me," he looked away, prepared for the worst. She was silent for a minute, and he turned around to see what was wrong. Instead, all he saw was a smile on her face and happiness in her eyes. She threw her arms around him.

"Of course I would!! I would LOVE to go with you!" He smiled in first surprise then happiness as he returned the hug. Suddenly, they felt two more pairs of arms around them. They turned around and saw Kat and Tommy standing there.

"So, I take it you two are going to the dance?" Kat asked, smiling. All the two of them could do was smile, giving Tommy and Kat the answer they needed.

Tanya opened her eyes and smiled happily. She jumped when she heard the door open. She turned around and saw Kat smiling back at her.

"Are you getting ready for the dance, yet?" she asked happily. Tanya nodded and pulled out the dress she was going to wear.

"Do you think he's going to like this?'' she asked nervously. Kat sighed and smiled. She walked over to Tanya.

"I've told you a million times. That dress is PERFECT for you," she explained. "He'll love it. Trust me!" Tanya smiled but still looked unsure of herself. She went into the bathroom and came out a fifteen minutes later with the dress on. The yellow dress ended a little above her knees. It was held up with spaghetti straps and it plunged into a v-neck. It clung to just the right places, like it was made for her. Her hair was curled, so she had ringlets cascading around her head. On her feet were yellow sandals with a 1/2 heel. She had a pearl choker around her neck and simple pearl earrings on.

"So, Kat what do you think?" Tanya asked nervously. Kat turned around and smiled.

"You look absolutely perfect! How do I look?" She was dressed in a floor length, light pink gown. The slit went up to her thigh, showing off her long legs. The top was an off-shoulder v-neck. At the base of the v, there was a pink rose. Her hair was held up in an elaborate French twist. She wore a small locket with her name on the front. In her ears were small pink diamonds. She wore pink sandals on her feet completing the look.

"Tommy will die when he sees you, girl," Tanya answered. "I love your necklace! Where did you get it?" Kat smiled and a blush crept up her face.

"Tommy gave it to me for our one year anniversary. It's a locket. I have a picture of us inside of it. He even had it inscribed." Kat turned it over and on the back it said,"To the person who means the most in my life. I love you and I will never let you go."

"Wow! You must love-" Tanya was interrupted by the doorbell. She turned to Kat. "Are you ready?"

"As ready as I'll ever be." The two girls walked to the door and opened it.

As they waited by the door, Tommy nor Adam could stand still. Suddenly, the door opened and they both stood there in shock. He had never seen Tanya look as good as she did now. The dress fit her perfectly, showing off her beauty. He felt his heart stir by the site of his girlfriend.

"You look fantastic, Tanya," he said. She smiled and looked at his outfit.

"You look great yourself. I never knew you looked that good in black, and I love your hair! You look even cuter than you did before!" Adam turned a deep red and looked at the ground.

"What do you think, Tommy," Kat asked. Tommy stared at his girlfriend, unable to say a thing.

"You look........wow," he stuttered. Kat smiled and hugged him.

"You don't look to bad yourself, good looking." Tommy was dressed in a deep maroon tux, with a white bow-tie. His hair was pulled back in a green rubber band. "Are you guys ready to go?" the guys nodded their heads.

"You have to close your eyes." Adam instructed. The girls looked at him before shrugging and closing their eyes. They let the boys lead them. When they opened their eyes, the smiled in suprise. The boys had rented a limo for them. They all got in and started toward the Juice Bar.

2 hours later

The graduation dance was coming to it's final minutes, and everyone was hugging and wishing each other luck. Tears streamed down many faces, for they knew this would be the last time they would ever be together. Many familiar faces had appeared, including that of Trini and Billy, Zack, Jason, Rocky, and Kim. Most of the faces had been that of surprise when they saw Rocky and Kim come in together hand in hand. The surprise had turned to smiles as the saw Kim and Tommy exchange a hug, showing that they would always be close, like a brother and sister. Most of the people at Angel Grove High School were shocked that Adam had worked up the nerve to ask Tanya out.

"I am sooo happy I came back!" Kim exclaimed as she, Kat, Tommy, and Rocky sat at one of the tables. Kat had been worried at first when she saw Kim, but it hadn't lasted long when she saw how both Kim and Tommy had acted, really happy for each other. "It wouldn't have been right not to come for the dance.'' Kat nodded and when Tommy was about to say something, Tanya came over and said,

"It's almost time!" Kat and Kim stood up, leaving both of their boyfriends in confusion.

"Time for what?" Rocky asked. Kim kissed him on the cheek and started walking away.

"You'll see!" she called. Rocky and Tommy looked around and noticed Trini and Emily joining the three. They went behind the stage where the DJ was. Tanya whispered in his ear, and he nodded his head.

"What's going on?" Jason asked as he, Billy, and Adam walked over to the table Rocky and Tommy were sitting. Tommy shrugged.

"Got me! Kat and Kim just ran off, telling us we would see," Tommy explained. The three guys sat down, waiting for what was going to happen. After two songs, they began to get restless, and stood up. As they began walking to the DJ, the DJ stood up.

"Alright, Angel Grove. Get ready for the hottest thing in town! Here come the Power Girls!!!!!!" With that the curtain behind him lifted, and he ran off the stage. Smoke blocked the view off everyone, and they began to hear a familiar song. Suddenly, five girls came out from the smoke. The five guys gasped as they saw what their girlfriends were wearing. Kat had her hair in two pigtails, with a baby necklace around her neck. She wore a short white dress, her dress falling just below her thighs. The top went down into a low-cut v-neck, showing off a lot of her cleavage. She wore 1 1/2 inch heels on her feet. Emily was standing next to her, her hair around her face. She wore Nike sweats and a black tank top. She wore Nike shoes, and had an armband tattoo around her upper arm. Kim was in the middle, her usually brown hair dyed red with blond streaks in the front. She a black string bikini, with a mesh shirt over the top. She wore a black mesh skirt, that didn't hide the bikini. Tanya was next, her hair flying everywhere. She wore a leopard print tube top and a very short leopard print skirt. Trini was on the end. She was in a black and pink Gucci original and she had tall matching shoes on. All of the guys in the room stared at the four, amazed at the outfits. Kimberly walked forward and began singing,

The music stopped and the Power Girls took bows. The DJ went into another song as the girls went to change. They came out a few minutes later, and walked up to their boyfriends

"So, what did you think?" the girls asked. The guys say there, unable to say anything. Finally, Rocky said,

"Wow, you guys were incredible!" The girls hugged their guys as the next song came on.

"Alright, this is for all you lovebirds out there. This is the last song of the evening, and it's a dedication. Here's what the two guys said. To the best girls in the world, Tanya and Kat. We love you and will never hurt you. Love, Adam and Tommy." Everyone paired up except Kat, Tanya, Tommy, and Adam. They pulled the girls to the side and each went down on one knee in front of their girlfriend.

"Kat/Tanya, will you marry me?" they said in unison. The girls stood there in shock, and Kat jumped into Tommy's arms.

"Oh, Tommy, yes! Oh, course I will!" she cried. The two paired up and walked over to the dance floor. Adam looked at Tanya hopefully. She looked into his eyes, her own filled with tears.

"Yes, Adam. I would be honored to marry you!" she exclaimed. He stood up, and put the ring on her finger and crushed her in a giant hug. As they stood together, they heard the music from inside

"Adam, I love you,'' Tanya whispered. He smiled and leaned closer to her

"I love you too," he said. The leaned close together and kissed, the world around them no longer mattered.
